To propel Sabah into a prosperous and excellent state.

To achieve Malaysia’s ambitions of forming a strong unity based on the original values and meaning of Rukun Negara.

To propel the State of Sabah to be more successful and excel in political maturity, state administration, economic growth, management of social issues and governance of natural resources.

To increase Unity, Goodwill and Effort towards achieving peace, progress, harmony and understanding among all races in Malaysia, especially in the state of Sabah.

To claim, preserve and defend the rights and interests of the State of Sabah within the Federation of Malaysia, as stipulated in the 1963 Malaysia Agreement.

To protect the rights and unique status of Sabah's Bumiputera, as well as legitimate interests of every Malaysian citizen in Sabah.

To keep the ancestral legacy and traditions and to broaden the richness of Sabah's traditional cultural performance of all races, ethnicities, and sub-ethnicities.

The Pillars Of The Party
The political scene of Sabah has changed with the coming of political parties from Peninsular Malaysia and their ideology. Much of the rakyat of Sabah was influenced by their ideology. It is time for the rakyat of Sabah to raise and choose a Sabah political party that genuinely brings changes through new, clean, efficient and trustworthy leadership.
Parti Impian Sabah adheres to the five pillars to strengthen leaders to stay focused on the party's mission and not be swayed by other parties' political gimmicks.
All leaders of the Parti Impian Sabah believe in God and strength from Him to carry out the party's cause.
All leaders of Parti Impian Sabah shall shall not commit acts that are forbidden by God.
The practice of noble values entails that all PIS leaders exemplify good leadership in all facets of their political careers, particularly in terms of good conduct and moral principles, and serve as models for others. A good leader should also possess the following characteristics:

Parti Impian Sabah adheres to the principle that qualified and skillful younger generation should be given the chance to lead. Parti Impian Sabah uphold the policy of leader should serve in the similar possition for not more than two (2) terms, or twelve (12) years.
